This is such a fun card for the holidays that's a real departure from
tradition! Black, White & Fresh Freesia are a great color
combination.
The card base is Thick Basic White. The mat of layering weight Basic
White is embossed on the bottom half using the Wintry 3D Embossing
Folder. A piece of White Glittered Organdy ribbon is wrapped around to
hide the seam. The designer paper is Penguin Playmates (a freebie from
our last Sale-a-Bration). The penguin is punched from the same designer
paper, or you could stamp him using the Penguin Place stamp & punch.
My favorite part of this card is that big, beautiful snowflake in the
center. It's holographic! I think this card would be wonderful
done in other colors, too, like Pool Party or Mint Macaron.
