Shimmer & Frost

I have a new obsession and it's called Shimmer White Stampin' Emboss Powder. The shimmer & sparkle from this embossing is gorgeous! It's so disappointing that a photo can't capture the beauty, you're just going to have to take my word for it!

Colors are Night of Navy, Seaside Spray & Whisper White. The stamp sets are Still Scenes & Itty Bitty Christmas.

Easiest Halloween Treat Holders Ever - Photo Tutorial

Hi Friends,

Here's a quick & easy treat holder for Halloween. Thank you to Vicki Shaffer for sharing this fold at our last get together!

Here are the steps to create it:

You'll need a piece of double-sided 6 x 6 Designer Paper for this fold.

Crease all the folds with a Bone Folder. No adhesives are required - this treat holder stays together without any glue or tape! Of course, you'll probably want to add some embellishments:

You can go anywhere your imagination takes you to embellish these! I mounted my black cat on a 2" circle of Mango Melody. The Designer Paper is Gorgeous Grape, as is the stamped "Happy Halloween".

Pro Tip:

Paper Pumpkin stamps are the perfect size for small treat holders like this. The stamp I used here is from the September 2019 kit.

Nature's Beauty

Hello Friends,

Mr. Brown came last week with a new box of goodies for me and here's the result:

Oh my goodness, I love the Nature's Beauty stamps! I can see so many uses for this set, particularly for the guys. This is a very special set for Stampin' Up, as they are using it to raise funds - $3 of every purchase goes toward mental health organizations.

About those leaves...

Aren't they gorgeous?! Here's the trick to get this look -

The die (Gathered Leaves dies) cuts & embosses at the same time. If you ink the die before cutting with it, the veins really stand out. The die comes perfectly clean under running water when you're finished.
