Throwback Thursday - It's Christmas in July!

Hey friends,

Fun Center Step Card with Template

I'm getting an early start on my holiday cards this year! This fun Center Step card is a mix of old and new Stampin' Up! products. One of my favorite features of this card is the snow piled up at the base of the card. I used my new Basic Borders dies for this.

Here's the template for the Center Step Card. It starts with a half sheet of cardstock 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" and the finished card fits into a standard A2 envelope.

The Designer Paper is last season's Snowflake Splendor. Any DSP that you have would work on this card - just coordinate the colors on your snowman image to go with your chosen papers!

Expression of Sympathy with Art Gallery

Hi friends,

I'm a big fan of the floral images in Stampin' Up's Art Gallery stamp set. Today I've stamped them in Highland Heather & Gorgeous Grape to coordinate with my striped designer paper.

I was inspired by the design team at Freshly Made Sketches!

This lovely curved stitched edge was made with Basic Borders, one of my favorite new dies!

I added a 1/2" strip of designer paper on the inside of the card for interest. This is the same DSP from the front of the card but turned 90 degrees. The sentiments are from Heal Your Heart, one of this year's Sale-a-Bration stamp sets.

I used a Highland Heather Stampin' Blends marker to color the pearls. The shape of the sentiment was created with the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch. The sentiment and the floral spray are mounted on Stampin' Dimensionals.
